Corporate Recovery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recovery Manager to join our team at Imperium Financial Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and operational leadership in corporate recovery and insolvency cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage Corporate Recovery Cases: You will be responsible for leading and managing corporate recovery and insolvency cases from inception to completion, including administration, liquidation, and receivership.
- Financial Analysis and Strategy: Conduct detailed financial analysis and assess the viability of distressed companies, developing and implementing recovery strategies to maximize asset realization and creditor returns.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with stakeholders including creditors, legal advisors, and company directors to communicate strategies and progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate recovery and insolvency, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Qualifications: Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPI, or JIEB are highly desirable.
- Skills: Demonstrable expertise in managing complex insolvency cases, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven leadership abilities.
