TPP is seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing team of Product Specialists.

As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in showcasing the capabilities of our innovative healthcare solutions to both existing and prospective clients.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging one-on-one and group training sessions to users, ensuring they fully understand the system's functionalities.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations for potential clients in English and Mandarin, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Represent TPP at sales meetings and industry conferences, effectively communicating our value proposition to a diverse audience.
  • Provide expert support to user groups, addressing their queries, analyzing training needs, and resolving technical issues.
Your Profile:

We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills and the ability to think on their feet. A background in training or customer-facing roles is highly desirable. While experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial, it is not essential.

You must possess native-level proficiency in Mandarin and have a strong understanding of our target market.
