Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of both internal and external events, the bar, and our new halfway house facility, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Establish and execute effective protocols for the bar and events, including developing schedules that align with business needs.
  • Enhance sales performance by promoting upselling techniques and providing thorough training to team members.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels to fulfill business requirements while avoiding shortages or excess inventory.
  • Supervise and lead all bar and event staff, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with selected suppliers to secure favorable pricing across all business operations.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the clubhouse.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and legal obligations to protect both staff and patrons.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Experience in a golf club setting is preferred.
  • Possess personal transportation and reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Demonstrate pride in your work and commitment to team success.
