Cardiac Physiologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Cardiac Physiologist, you will be responsible for a wide range of services including implantation and follow-up of pacemakers and complex devices within Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in a wide range of services including implantation and follow-up of pacemakers and complex devices within CRM
  • Accreditation in cardiac devices (BHRS, EHRA or IBHRE) is desirable
  • Expected to rotate around sites and areas of cardiology, catheter labs, exercise tolerance testing, tilt tests, tape analysis, device follow-up, remote monitoring follow-up and device implant
  • Participate in the training of junior members of the department
  • Attend CRM conferences or further training will be encouraged

Requirements:

  • BSc Cardiac Physiology qualification or equivalent is essential
  • Experience in invasive and non-invasive procedures carried out within the Cardiac Investigation service
