We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED. As an EICA Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in completing maintenance tasks, adhering to all relevant legislation and site procedures.
- Conduct planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of plant and apparatus, including high/medium/low voltage equipment, motors, variable speed drives, switchgear, and large rotating equipment.
- Review plant defects, diagnose and remedy plant defects, and develop proposals for modifications to maintain plant reliability and availability.
- Maintain the workshop and other work areas in a clean, tidy, and safe condition.
- Knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations, including CDM 17th edition and Pressure parts and electrical system regulations.
- Experience of utilizing a planned maintenance system.
- The ability to understand maintenance problems and provide accurate plant condition information/recommendations.
