Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Planning Administrator to support the financial adviser operations of The Oakfield Group. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing administrative support to the finance team with day-to-day financial tasks and transactions
  2. Processing invoices and expense claims with accuracy and efficiency
  3. Reconciling financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  5. Assisting in preparing financial reports to inform business decisions
  6. Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in using accounting software and systems
  2. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  3. Good organisational skills and ability to work well in a team
  4. Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures is desirable

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bath, with the option to work remotely. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per year.

Experience

  • Financial services experience is required, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role

Work Authorisation

  • United Kingdom work authorisation is required
