About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis: Understand business processes, objectives, and pain points to gather and document a fit gap analysis.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure Microsoft D365 solutions to align with business needs.
  • Business Process Mapping: Map existing and proposed business processes to Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, including data cleansing where required.
  • User Training: Train end-users and provide documentation to ensure effective use of D365 system and its features.
  • Deployment and Go-Live: Assist in deployment of D365 solutions and support organization during go-live phase.
  • System Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Dynamics 365 users.
  • Solution Optimisation: Continuously evaluate system performance and work with client to identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
  • Business Relationships and Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with business teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, design specifications, configuration changes, and training materials.
  • Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with Microsoft D365 updates and industry best practices to offer clients effective and efficient solutions.
  • Integration: Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Functional Consultant role, with a focus on Central Engagement and Finance & Operations.
  • Implementation Expertise: Experience in end-to-end CRM/ERP implementation.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configurations and features.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases, integration methods, reporting and analytics, active directory, ITIL, customer support and change management.
