About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Support Supervisor to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Field Support Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living service and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to provide person-centered support and enable individuals to gain independence in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Induct new colleagues, complete medication competencies and audits, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services and participate in the on-call rota.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and complex individuals with challenging behaviors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
