We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. As the Senior Bartender, you will play a central role in crafting exceptional cocktails, overseeing the bar area, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
  • Lead and inspire the bar team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drink menus and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain the freshness of ingredients.
  • Ensure efficient bar workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong mixology skills and a track record of creating innovative and well-balanced cocktails.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
