Job Title: Multi-Skill Trades Bricklayer

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skill Trades Bricklayer to join our responsive repairs team and help us maintain and improve homes throughout Lincolnshire.

About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will meet a wide range of customers and work in people\u0027s homes, so you must be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bricklaying will be your focus, but experience in other trades is an advantage.
  • You will work in a team environment and be expected to be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • You will be responsible for delivering work right first time and be organised.
  • Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling would also be desirable.
  • You will have experience of working as a Bricklayer in the building trade either as a Bricklayer or as a multi-skilled Bricklayer.
  • You will have experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council.
  • You will have experience of delivering multi-trade work.
Requirements
  • NVQ L2 Bricklaying
  • Experience of working as a Bricklayer in the building trade either as a Bricklayer or as a multi-skilled Bricklayer
  • Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council
  • Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling would also be desirable
  • Experience of delivering multi-trade work
