Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our rapidly growing department based in Ringwood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end property letting process and property management of retirement apartments across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate, book, and conduct market appraisals to ensure accurate valuations and optimal pricing for our Landlords.
- Arrange and follow up viewings to showcase our properties and meet the needs of potential tenants.
- Negotiate the best possible price for our Landlords, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge to secure the highest returns.
- Keep Landlords informed and up-to-date on the marketing of their properties, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
- Grow our portfolio of available and let properties, driving business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Lodge/Development Managers and Contractors to ensure smooth property management and maintenance.
- Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for new tenancies, existing tenancies, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Process rental payments and contractor invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating the lifestyle benefits of Retirement Living and other unique selling points to potential tenants.
- Prepare marketing brochures for each property, highlighting its unique features and attractions.
We are looking for a motivated, successful, and experienced Lettings Negotiator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Previous lettings and/or property management experience is essential, as is demonstrable knowledge of current legislation. Full training and support will be provided, along with opportunities to gain professional qualifications (ARLA/CELA).
You will be a self-motivated, organized, and driven individual who is able to communicate effectively, work independently, and as part of a team. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, are also essential. A high standard of written and spoken English is required.
