Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Private Client Partner to join our well-established and reputable law firm. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for leading a team of lawyers and providing expert advice to clients on a range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of lawyers and provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
  • Provide expert advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department, including identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue
  • Work closely with the firm's management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of post-qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
