Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our client with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and maintain a healthy eating plan
  • Manage household chores, including laundry, cleaning, and organization
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment such as wheelchairs and hoists
  • Support with medication management and administration
  • Engage in hobbies and interests, such as photography and movie watching
  • Provide emotional support and empathy

Requirements

  • Female Personal Assistant required due to assisting with some personal care
  • Ability to be adventurous and confident with food
  • Someone who is able to assist with a healthy eating and meal plan
  • Someone who can help minimize food waste
  • Someone who has a good sense of humor
  • Compassionate, caring, and empathetic
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Someone who can guide the client with hobbies
  • Incredibly diligent of wearing PPE
  • To be respectful of the client and their home
  • Someone who will be committed to the role

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a home-based setting, supporting the client with daily living activities. The role will require flexibility and adaptability, as the client's needs may change over time.

Rate of Pay

The hourly rate for this position is £12.00, including double pay on bank holidays.
