Role Purpose/Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Supply Chain Process and Tools team in Trollhättan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing our supply chain and internal logistics processes. Your primary focus will be on logistic development, automation, and digitalization, as well as maintenance of systems and tools, follow-ups, and database-linked KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistic development, automation, and digitalization strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Create educational materials and train staff on supply chain management and internal logistics.
  • Support the organization in supply chain planning and internal logistics-related processes and topics.
  • Work with a process and lean mindset to eliminate manual waste processes, reduce reporting, and shorten lead times.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong system interest and knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in internal logistics, supply chain, finance, or similar fields.
  • Strong drive to continuously improve through lean principles.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Process-minded, target-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good ability to create teams and develop/sustain networks.
  • Meritorious with knowledge of Microsoft Office Access, SQL databases, or VBA programming.
