Position Responsibilities: As a Care Team Leader, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that our clients receive exceptional support. Operating from our local office and serving the nearby regions, your duties will include:

Performing individualized client evaluations to customize care strategies to meet specific needs. Conducting quality assurance visits to clients and their families. Carrying out regular service assessments to ensure care strategies remain effective and relevant. Collaborating closely with clients and their families to understand their requirements and advocate for them when interacting with healthcare providers. Offering guidance and steadfast support to our dedicated caregiving staff. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory obligations. Working in partnership with healthcare professionals to enhance client well-being. Traveling to clients' residences to introduce new Care Professionals to their clients. Assisting the Care Manager in developing, revising, and reviewing client care strategies.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in the care industry with comparable responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A sincere commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized care. Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations and standards. The capability to motivate and lead a team with empathy and professionalism. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (Business Class One insurance is necessary).

What We Provide:

Competitive remuneration: £22,750 plus additional on-call compensation. Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile. Employee Assistance Program. Referral program for friends. Additional on-call compensation. Work with a CQC Rated 'Outstanding' office. Consideration of job share arrangements for suitable candidates.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with occasional out-of-hours visits and participation in an on-call rotation.
