We are seeking a talented Digital Hardware Engineer to join our team at Rem Ltd, a leading UK technology consultancy specializing in cyber security solutions and digital signal processing. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions for radio communication systems and high-speed data processing.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineer with a strong background in digital signal processing, embedded systems, and PCB design. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic record, including a degree in a numerate discipline from a reputable UK university, and experience with software development in embedded C/C++.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing digital hardware systems, including PCBs that integrate FPGAs, SoCs, high-speed network interfaces, and analog/RF signal filtering.
  • Managing PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly with subcontractors.
  • Setting up and testing PCBs, including writing test firmware and software.
  • Developing Linux device drivers for hardware.
