Reliability Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems. You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance, to ensure that equipment is running at optimal levels. You will also schedule additional servicing when required.
Team Leadership: As a senior technician, you will supervise and mentor junior technicians on shift, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Process Improvement: You will work closely with the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to standardize processes across the EU network.
Requirements:
Qualifications: You will have an apprentice-trained background with a HNC, HND, or NVQ level 3 qualification. You will also have relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
Language Skills: You will have advanced proficiency in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Multi-Site Experience: You will have experience working in a multi-contractor and multi-site environment.
PLC Experience: You will have a good understanding of PLC-based control systems and statutory compliance requirements.
CMMMS Experience: You will have experience using computerized maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
