About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cardiff, Wales. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a vital role in improving our website's page rankings, driving traffic, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform keyword research to identify new lead opportunities
  • Ensure SEO best practices are maintained throughout the site
  • Resolve errors or issues that could impact SEO performance
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify growth opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine developments and algorithm changes
  • Monitor and report on lead, traffic, and keyword positions
  • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign impact and present monthly reports
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of SEO experience
  • Results-driven with a genuine passion for SEO
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and a love for data
  • Demonstrable experience in improving website rankings
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel
  • Experience with SEMrush, AHREFS, or equivalent tools
  • Excellent reporting skills and the ability to present to senior management
  • Experience in lead generation (preferred but not required)
