Role Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Direct the daily functions of the front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage sectors.

Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures to boost productivity and service excellence.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor departmental managers and staff.

Guest Experience:

Ensure outstanding guest service is consistently delivered across all departments.

Extensive experience in hotel operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
