The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue and expand our presence across the UK and Western Europe by forging and nurturing strong partnerships with educational agencies.

The ideal candidate is target-driven, excels in building meaningful relationships, and possesses a positive communication style. Experience in the international education industry or in a similar B2B sales role is essential. This role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK and Western Europe as well as working from our headquarters in central London.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Development and Management:

  • Establish new links with agency decision-makers to introduce opportunities at Immerse Education.
  • Nurture existing relationships with educational recruitment agencies and consultancies around the world.
  • Deliver webinars to interested agent teams and their students about Immerse's programmes.
  • Attend domestic and overseas events, conferences, and recruitment fairs on behalf of Immerse.

Reporting and Innovation:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities to expand our reach in key regions.
  • Provide feedback from agents to marketing and operations teams to continually improve our offerings.
  • Refine promotional strategy to optimise conversion to align with sales targets and regional academic calendars.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in educational partnerships, business development, or sales roles, ideally within the education industry.
  • Partnership Success: Demonstrated success in establishing and managing fruitful partnerships.
  • Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the educational landscape in the UK and Western Europe.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Cultural Awareness: High cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to effectively interact and build relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds across the globe.
