Job Overview

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Physical Education Support Staff member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced PE teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective PE lessons.
  • Organize and supervise sports activities and events, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students during PE classes, promoting a positive attitude towards physical fitness.
  • Help maintain and manage sports equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with the PE department to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong passion for sports and physical education, with a desire to inspire and motivate students.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • First Aid certification is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
