Key Responsibilities- Lead Clinical Service: Take responsibility for the delivery of high-quality clinical services in our 97-bed all-male unit, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Lead the assessment and management of patient risk, ensuring that all necessary measures are in place to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Clinical Governance: Participate in clinical governance activities, ensuring that all policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- External Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, including writing reports and providing expert advice as required.
- Professional Qualifications: GMC registration and MRCPsych or equivalent, with a Specialty Register for Forensic Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with forensic experience.
