Job Title: Bid Manager

We Are Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Manager to join our team. As a Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting on the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to bid submission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market scanning and research to identify potential bidding opportunities
  • Contributing to the creation of win themes and bid responses
  • Writing and finalizing bid submissions
  • Managing resources and coordinating activities around opportunity pursuit
  • Monitoring Central Government commercial pipelines and tracking frameworks/DPS for re-bid
  • Developing and maintaining a company-specific bid library and managing the Bids and Tenders folder
  • Championing the adoption of AutogenAI and executing bid timetables
  • Coordinating the upload/submission of bid proposals and managing tender portals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in research and identification of tender opportunities
  • Previous experience in a bid/proposal coordinator role
  • Proven track record of working on bids/tenders
  • Knowledge of the bid/tender cycle and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • A proactive solution-focused approach to overcome problems and challenges
  • Efficient use of office software packages, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
