About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equestrian Director to join our Executive Management Team at Stonar School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our world-class equestrian centre, which is British Horse Society approved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the equestrian centre, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the equestrian centre and increase participation in riding activities.
  • Lead a team of instructors and staff to deliver high-quality riding lessons and programmes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of equestrian activities with the school's overall curriculum.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the equestrian centre operates efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in management, business administration, and/or marketing and communications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to promote the equestrian centre.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
