Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implementation

Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our clients, utilizing technologies such as Nutanix and Fortinet.

Troubleshooting and Resolution

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our clients.

Infrastructure Management

Manage and monitor infrastructure performance and alerts, proactively identifying and mitigating infrastructure risks.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership for project work and client migrations, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

Documentation and Communication

Document infrastructure procedures and processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales teams and clients.

Requirements
  1. Experience

3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructures or equivalent.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Nutanix and Fortinet technologies, experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure, and experience using MDM solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Soft Skills

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong communication and customer-facing skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
