Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residences Night Manager to join our team at The Peninsula Hong Kong. As a key member of our Residences Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with services related to their apartments, in accordance with the lease, other contractual arrangements, and Residences Policies and Procedures.
  • Handle requests and provide detailed information regarding any Concierge services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident's requests and other tasks, ensuring that relevant information is communicated to colleagues and/or management, as required.
  • Anticipate residents' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Duty Manager in charge of the activities of the Night Team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 Years Experience in Hospitality or Residential Environment.
  • Excellent command of English language with confident communication skills. A second language would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate. Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • UK Driving License.
  • This position requires the fulfilment of night shift duties based on the operational needs of the business. The ability and willingness to work during these hours is a necessary condition of employment.
