Salary: £14 per hour (equivalent to £23,463.00 FTE)

Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent - Part Time

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the functionality and appearance of our premises. This includes:

  • Performing minor electrical repairs and general carpentry work.
  • Fixing doors, painting, and floor tiling.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of the building and surrounding areas.
  • Managing garden upkeep as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a flexible approach, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality service.
