About the Role

As a key member of our team at OCS Group, you will provide essential support and security services to residents at our National Probation Service Approved Premises. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring Resident Safety and Security
    • Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the premises to maintain a secure environment
    • Monitor the behavior of high-risk residents and take necessary actions to prevent any incidents
    • Verify the presence and well-being of residents during curfew periods
  • Supporting a Safe Working Environment
    • Adhere to Health and Safety legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors
    • Deal with visitors and telephone calls, and monitor the work of visiting contractors
  • Responding to Incidents
    • Respond appropriately to abusive or aggressive behavior, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid SIA Security Guarding Licence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
