Bridge & Senior Bridge Inspectors

We are seeking experienced Bridge Engineers and Senior Bridge Inspectors to join our team at Pell Frischmann Group Ltd. in the UK. As a key member of our bridge engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bridge projects from feasibility studies to detailed design and site support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design Delivery: Manage and take responsibility for the quality and design delivery of various bridges and structures from feasibility, concept through to detailed design and site support.
  • Inspection and Assessment: Manage the inspection, assessment, and design of bridges and civil structures in both rail and road environments.
  • Structural Analysis: Undertake structural analysis for a wide variety of bridges, using appropriate software where necessary. Design and assess in steel and reinforced concrete.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively in writing, drawing, and verbally to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Provide assistance in innovation and continuous improvement within the team and on projects.
  • Business Development: Assist in business development and work-winning opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: Experience of using relevant standards and codes of practice: Inspection, Assessments, Maintenance, Design of bridges and civil structures.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in delivering high-quality output to programme and budgets.
