We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Executive to join our team at eCapital Commercial Finance UK. As an Asset Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of Bad Debt Protection across our offices in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate data within our main databases, including Dancerace, EBonded, and other spreadsheets.
- Collate information on overdue invoices and report to our insurers after receiving updates from the network.
- Gather information from various sources to enable management reports to be generated.
- Assist with the reporting of data to our insurers.
- Assist with the management of claims.
- Deliver training to new starters on eCapital's systems and processes, either face-to-face or via Teams.
