Job Opportunity:

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant to join a successful primary school in Nantwich. This is a full-time position, starting immediately, and will continue through the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support and interventions for students across various curriculum areas.
  • Lead groups in activities focused on core subjects such as Phonics, Reading, Maths, and Writing.
  • Work one-on-one with students on learning and development activities.
  • Prepare resources and areas within the school setting.
  • Conduct assessments and record student progress.
  • Assist with daily routines for students.
  • Collaborate with students on a range of learning and play activities, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Communicate with parents.

Position Details:

  • Location: Nantwich
  • Start date: Immediately
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Position: Learning Support Assistant
  • Full-time, 8:30am to 3:30pm daily

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a UK primary school
  • Supporting in Early Years, Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (Minimum Level 2), Education Studies Degree, Psychology Degree, or similar
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding and Prevent training issued within the last 12 months
