About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 nurse to join our outreach team in a developmental post. The successful candidate will be supported to complete training in all aspects of sexual health within a two-year timescale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the Sexual Health Service, Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust, coordinating outreach services to high-risk communities and priority groups.
  • Deliver health promotion in an accessible format, considering protected characteristics and accessibility needs.
  • Plan and deliver health promotion activities through engagement with a wide range of partners, including schools, colleges, universities, and youth provision.
  • Coordinate and promote outreach clinical services for high-risk groups and monitor its effectiveness.
