About the Role:

As a Deputy Care Manager at Precious Homes Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities in our supported living services. This is an interim contract opportunity that requires a strong and passionate individual who can enable the individuals we support to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities in their daily lives
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide person-centered care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual's needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Strong values and passion for supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities
  • Experience working in supported living services or a similar field
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
