About the Position

Kanpai Food & Beverage Management Co., Ltd is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus in line with seasonal produce and managing kitchen stations to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus that showcase our commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Set up and manage kitchen stations to optimize food preparation and presentation.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation, including baking, decorating, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
