We're seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to craft innovative cocktails, provide outstanding service, and create memorable moments for our guests.

1. Mixology Mastery: Develop unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
2. Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar.
3. Beverage Program Support: Collaborate with the team to develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.
4. Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar while following all safety and licensing rules.
5. Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth service.

• Leaving Cert level education or above
• NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage, and customer service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Hands-on and proactive approach
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent time management
