Job Description

**About the Role**

Attribution Search is seeking a seasoned Treasury professional to lead their EMEA business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting and driving all Treasury activities for the company's European Private Markets and Credit business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement deal funding strategies, cash management plans, and stakeholder management approaches
* Collaborate with the Global Head of Treasury to ensure effective governance and risk controls
* Work closely with the deal team to communicate with Partners and stakeholders
* Provide expert advice on complex alternative asset fund structures and Private Credit or Equity deal funding

**Requirements**

* 10+ years of experience in a Treasury Function, preferably in the Private Equity or Credit space
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with Partners and stakeholders
* Experience with payments and complex alternative asset fund structures
