Job Role

To effectively manage and plan the delivery of planned maintenance works in the North and Central Regions, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and submit weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports, and ensure all necessary information is up-to-date.
  • Ensure the company's integrated management system is populated with accurate and current project information.
  • Coordinate team movements and plan daily activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments and regions to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Assist in the preparation of application invoices, including month-end reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Experience in an office administrator role with a strong understanding of IT systems.
  • Enthusiasm for introducing new ideas and driving improvements within the scope of the role.
  • NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration is highly desirable.
