Our client is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to become a vital member of their team.

In this role, you will be essential in facilitating the efficient operation of the supply chain.

Your strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that incoming goods are accurately received, documented, and processed.


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage orders, monitor progress, and follow up on deliveries with suppliers, port agents, and transporters.
• Document electronic records and handle paperwork for received goods.
• Accurately input all necessary data into the inventory database in a timely manner.
• Track supply levels and anticipated arrival dates of goods.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with suppliers.
• Identify specialist suppliers and negotiate pricing.
• Oversee subcontract workers and other visitors on-site.
• Collaborate and communicate with all departments within the organization.
• Assist in maintaining Health and Safety standards.
• Support the implementation of new procedures and processes to enhance product supply and purchasing tasks.
• Provide assistance to other areas of the department and participate in stock audits.
• Perform general purchasing administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the Line Manager to address complex inquiries and discrepancies.
