Role Overview
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of outdoor activities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The program is designed to provide a blend of practical and theoretical learning, with a focus on hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a variety of high-energy activities such as high ropes, team building, and bushcraft.
- Take on the role of a group leader, inspiring and guiding participants to create unforgettable experiences.
- Educate groups on essential life skills through engaging activities.
- Achieve recognized qualifications from National Governing Bodies.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
- Possess at least a Level 1 Functional Skills qualification in both Maths and English or equivalent.
- Have a genuine interest in outdoor work and engaging with children.
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Bring some prior experience in the outdoor sector.
