About the Role

As a Head Chef at Wagamama, you will lead a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, driving performance through positive behavior and actions. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dish meets our high standards, and for the development and growth of your team through inspiring leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a kitchen team to achieve high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen management systems, including labor cost control and stock management.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create an inclusive and respectful work environment.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are engaged, motivated, and high-performing.
  • Manage the financial performance of the kitchen, including gross profit and stock control.
