Sustainability Coordinator

Our client, a well-established company in the property industry, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team on a 18 month Fixed Term Contract.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of administration experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sustainability team in improving performance and promoting sustainability.
- Ensure awareness of the Sustainability Strategy and Standards across the organization.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with the environmental management system and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with the sustainability agenda, best practices, and their impact on the company.
- Develop guidance for project teams to manage sustainability effectively.
- Participate in group-wide sustainability forums and working groups to share knowledge and implement the corporate Sustainability Strategy.
- Compile written reports on sustainability performance.
What You'll Need:
- Strong administration skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.
