Job Title: Administrator (18 FTC)

Our client, a well-established company in the property industry, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team on a 18 month Fixed Term Contract.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of administration experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sustainability team in improving performance and promoting sustainability.
  • Ensure awareness of the Sustainability Strategy and Standards across the organization.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with the environmental management system and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the sustainability agenda, best practices, and their impact on the company.
  • Develop guidance for project teams to manage sustainability effectively.
  • Participate in group-wide sustainability forums and working groups to share knowledge and implement the corporate Sustainability Strategy.
  • Compile written reports on sustainability performance.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong administration skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.
