About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on products, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advise customers on products, including shoe care and accessories, to meet their needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a positive and engaging store environment.
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom.
  • Meet daily sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Good availability, including weekends and weekdays, to meet the needs of the business.
