HomeCare Direct is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide personal assistance to a young woman with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support the individual in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Encourage and facilitate social interactions and activities that promote independence and well-being.
