Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to assist in managing and improving departmental quality systems, collaborate with laboratory and quality managers to ensure compliance with standards, develop and deliver training programs for blood transfusion practices, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and quality systems, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices in blood transfusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with laboratory and quality managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Design and deliver training programs for blood transfusion practices to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and quality systems to ensure they are meeting their intended goals.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices in blood transfusion to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
