As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our clients' manufactured range of timber restoration products to architects, specifiers, joiners, carpenters, painting contractors, local authorities, housing associations, FM companies, property developers, architects, distributors, decorating outlets, Builders merchants, and timber merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sell our clients' manufactured range of timber restoration products to architects, specifiers, joiners, carpenters, painting contractors, local authorities, housing associations, FM companies, property developers, architects, distributors, decorating outlets, Builders merchants, and timber merchants.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct face-to-face or Teams/Zoom meetings with customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in timber restoration products.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers.
What We Offer:
  1. A competitive basic salary of between £40K-£44K (dependent on experience).
  2. Plus £3600 southern weighting dependent on location.
  3. Up to £7K annual bonus potential.
  4. 28 days holiday, plus Bank holidays with the option to buy up to 5 additional days, giving potentially 41 days holiday in total.
  5. Executive level Electric or Hybrid Company car.
  6. Pension scheme where the employer will match the employee at any level from 5%- 7% contribution.
  7. Private medical and dental cover.
  8. Death in Service x4.
  9. Up to £1,000 per person for personal development and training.
