Head of Crisis Communications

Richemont is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Critical Communications team, driving proactive and reactive strategies to safeguard our luxury brands' reputation and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement crisis management plans to mitigate reputational risks, leveraging expertise in strategic planning and risk preparedness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Communications, Marketing, IP, Legal, Security, and Regions, to ensure consistency and alignment in communications.
- Lead the Critical Communications team, including managing direct reports, to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Advise and coordinate with senior management to ensure timely responses to incidents and maintain brand reputation.
- Oversee the risk assessment process for talent, partnerships, organisations, and external associations.
- Strong educational background in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in crisis management and communications, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end consumer products industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
