Job Summary

The Balenciaga UK Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering and rolling out training programs to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales excellence across our European operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams, focusing on brand image, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training outcomes, and manage training paths to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business managers to analyze competency gaps, identify training needs, and adapt training programs to meet business requirements.
  • Manage the delivery and quality of training programs, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating training sessions.
  • Collect, monitor, and measure training KPIs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Provide on-site coaching and support to sales teams to implement key learnings and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Strong analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills.
  • Mature, confident, and positive mindset, with excellent people skills to work with diverse cultures and staff levels.
  • Self-starter with solid organization and influencing skills, able to work autonomously.
  • Client-centric and strong fashion sensibility.
  • Fluent in French and English, with Italian as a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Frequent travel required in Europe.
