Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Castle View Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring the delivery of a clean, safe, and hygienic environment that meets IPC standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of housekeeping services
* Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IPC standards
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in a housekeeping management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of IPC standards and regulations
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
