As a Female Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex care needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, housekeeping, and medication administration.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting empowerment and independence.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times, adhering to care plans and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and other team members, maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy.
  • Administer medication, aid with light household chores, and perform team leader duties, such as rotas, audits, and 121s.
Requirements:
  • Learning Disability and Autism experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
  • Full UK driver's license.
