Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of care to patients, working closely with our clinicians to ensure seamless treatment processes.
- Prepare materials, instruments, and equipment for procedures, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
- Support our clinicians in both Maxillofacial and Orthodontic Specialities, providing expert assistance with surgical and orthodontic procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and secure.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care, communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Professional Registration as a Registered Dental Nurse.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent training in Dental Nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including clinics and operating theaters.
- Willingness to undertake further training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
